Depending on the state of the product when it was sold, Hydraulic America goods are assured to the original purchaser against faults in materials and workmanship.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Unless otherwise specified by Hydraulic America, the following warranty durations apply from the date of purchase:
-New final drives of the Hydraulic America Brand are warrantied for two years.
-Other Hydraulic America Brand goods include a one-year warranty.
-Rebuilt goods have a one-year warranty
-Various new items are six months old
-Reconditioned items have a six-month warranty
-Used and excess components are available for thirty days
-Products obtained by Hydraulic America retain the warranties of the individual vendor from whom they were acquired. -Products sold as cores or parts alone are not warrantied.
-Unless adjusted by management, warranty terms shall remain unchanged.

Engine Warranties

Used, core, and parts-only engines are not warranted. The client has ten days from the date of delivery to check the engine and return it at their cost for a full refund.

General Requirements

If the Hydraulic America product covered by this warranty breaks due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace the product at no cost to you. This policy covers only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and labour. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from an accident, poor treatment, carelessness, regular wear and tear, or the natural deterioration of materials over time. Due to the inconsistency of diesel engine and machine conditions, any horsepower-related changes are not covered by our guarantee. Hydraulic America is not liable for the costs associated with any final changes that may be necessary on-site. Excluded from coverage are electric devices installed on remanufactured components, such as pressure or position sensors and solenoids. Equipment that has been opened without Hydraulic America's express approval, changed, or repaired after shipping by anybody is not covered. This warranty does not cover depreciation or damage caused by normal wear, lack of reasonable and adequate maintenance, failure to follow operating instructions, abuse, lack of suitable storage protection, or accident. Damage not covered by warranty may be fixed for a fair amount, and return shipment will incur a surcharge. Hydraulic America is not responsible for service fees or any other costs or fees incurred by the buyer or its third-party providers.

Warranty Methodology

Complete the Warranty Form within 10 days after product failure. Warranty claims must include, at a minimum, the model and serial number of the equipment, the date of installation, the number of hours in service, and a full description of the failure or issue. Your product must be returned immediately to one of Hydraulic Americas' Warranty Departments upon request for warranty examination. All shipments must be insured and pre-paid through Hydraulic America-approved carriers. Only if the warranty is accepted will Hydraulic America cover surface shipping costs to and from the buyer's location. Hydraulic America is not responsible for lost incoming shipments. This guarantee confers specified legal rights; you may have additional rights that differ by state.
